The Wigwam Annex is a duplex designed in the same style as the Wigwam Building and is directly adjacent to it. The Annex was completed in October 2007.
The Wigwam Building, located at 589 Auburn Avenue, was restored in April 2004, and won the 2005 Atlanta Urban Design Award of Excellence in Rehabilitation and the Georgia Trust 2005 Award for Historic Preservation.
